WPA-3127 Modified Waterborne Acrylic Lotion
Product Overview
WPA-3127 is a modified waterborne acrylic lotion with good chemical and physical resistance. It is used for surface printing ink and vacuum aluminum coating of polyolefin, polyester and polyamide, and also for printable coating, heat sealing blister packaging and molding. Good adhesion to gold and silver cardboard, PET, PVC film, etc., meeting the VOC control standards for cigarette packs.
WPA-3127 does not add ethoxy Alkylphenol (APEO) and has no formaldehyde and formaldehyde emissions.

Applications
Recommended for surface printing and cigarette packaging, primer for WB, UV and solvent based inks, metallization of polypropylene and polyester films, high-density polyethylene printing, and other fields. Can be used for varnish, gravure printing ink, etc.
Safety, Packaging, and Storage
1. This product is not a hazardous material and should be stored indoors in an original unopened and undamaged container at a storage temperature of 5-30 ℃ under dry conditions, avoiding direct sunlight and preventing freezing.
2. Under the above storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
3. 50KG non recyclable plastic drum packaging, unprecedented in incomplete use, requires the lid to be tightly closed after use.
