Polycarbon High Temperature Heat Transfer Printing Waterborne Polyurethane
WPU-2699 Polycarbon High Temperature Heat Transfer Printing Waterborne Polyurethane
Product Overview
WPU-2699 is an anionic polycarbonate aliphatic polyurethane resin with excellent hardness and gloss. The temperature resistance can reach 180 degrees without loss of surface gloss, and it can pass the temperature resistance test of cigarette packaging ink.
WPU-2699 is a special modified structure with excellent ethanol dilution stability and excellent hot stamping edge cutting performance, making it very suitable for small area cutting applications.
Key Features
- High glossiness, high temperature 180 ° hot stamping surface without loss of gloss (unchanged matte)
- PET has good peelability
- High hardness of paint film, neat cut
- Excellent alcohol solubility and dilution stability
- Good compatibility between resin and color paste
Applications
Recommended for use in water-based aluminum transfer coatings, water-based cigarette and wine packaging coatings, water-based clothing hot stamping inks, and other fields.
Note: The solvent resistance can be improved by combining with curing agents, while also paying attention to reducing the release performance. It is recommended to use ethanol or methanol for thickening (with a certain defoaming effect), and it is not advisable to use solvents with boiling points above 100 ° C to prevent insufficient drying from affecting the temperature resistance.
